Delivery Guidelines

Delivery Fee

  • Our delivery charge depends on the delivery address, subject to a maximum of AUD$12.00. This applies to the Metro area only. 
  • This delivery charge is automatically calculated when you specify the delivery address.
  • The same can be viewed before checkout.
  • NOTE: All deliveries outside the metro area will be classified as country destinations & it is suggested that you contact us direct via email or telephone.  Same day delivery can NOT be guaranteed and the cost will depend as to where delivery is to be directed.

Guarantee

  • We guarantee your order will be delivered as requested provided the correct address information is supplied.

Weekday Deliveries

  • IMPORTANT: All orders received by 1.00 p.m Perth time will be delivered the same day if requested.
  • All orders received after 1.00 p.m Perth time will be delivered the next working day. Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • All orders received before 11.00 a.m Perth time on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered the same day. Orders received after 11.00 a.m. will be delivered the following day.
